How do you feel when facing error messages while using Outlook Express? How do you feel if you start getting error message at the start up itself? Let me guess – really frustrated, right? Don’t worry, though; because the Outlook help team is there to support you.
In some situations, we might need the assistance of the Outlook help team, especially when encountering errors such as “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded”.
Another head ache is when you start Outlook; Microsoft End-User License Agreement may pop up on the screen. You may face the same issue after the acceptance of the agreement several times.
Is there a way to get rid of EULA?
What is EULA? It denotes the End-User License Agreement. For getting out of this naughty issue, the agreement needs to be accepted by the administrator of your computer. You should be clear that the acceptance depends on the Operating System (OS) that you’re using.
So lets us discuss how the acceptance differs from Windows XP with that of Windows Vista.
In Windows XP: First, you need to log on to your PC as an administrator (i.e. with the admin user name and password). Now launch Outlook and when the acceptance window prompts accept EULA and then log off from the administrator. Now log on from your user account and EULA wouldn’t disturb you anymore.
In Windows Vista: The process is quite simple in Windows Vista. All you want to do is right click on the ‘Outlook shortcut icon’ and select ‘Run as administrator’. When the wizard prompts, supply your administrator credentials or else press the ‘Continue’ tab. Now accept the EULA and then close Outlook. Now, when you start Outlook, you should be free from that nagging EULA.
Now continue with your work!
